Refund eligibility depends on the airline, hotel, or embassy involved — here's how it generally works.

Refund and rebooking eligibility for air tickets depends entirely on the airline's fare rules for the ticket you purchased. Most discounted fares carry a cancellation fee; fully refundable fares are usually more expensive. We'll always tell you the fare rules before you book, and we'll handle the refund request with the airline on your behalf if you need to cancel.
Our service fee for visa processing is non-refundable once we've begun preparing or submitting your application, since this covers our consultant's time and document review. Embassy or government visa fees are set and refunded (if at all) according to that embassy's own policy — we cannot guarantee a refund of fees already paid to an embassy or consulate.
Cancellation and refund terms vary by hotel and rate type. We'll confirm the specific cancellation policy for your booking before you pay, and assist with cancellation requests if your plans change.
Since tour packages include flights and hotel bookings made on your behalf, cancellation charges follow the same rules as the individual flight and hotel components. Contact your consultant as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — earlier notice generally means lower charges.
Contact your consultant directly by phone or WhatsApp, or email [email protected] with your booking details. We'll confirm what's refundable and the expected timeline before processing anything.
