Mahmud Tour & Travels acts as a booking agent and consultant for flights, hotels, visa applications, and tour packages. We arrange these services with airlines, hotels, embassies, and other providers on your behalf, but the final terms of service — fare rules, hotel policies, visa decisions — are set by those providers, not by us.
Prices shown on this website (for flights, hotels, visas, and tour packages) are indicative starting rates and can change based on availability, season, and the specific details of your booking. We'll always confirm the final price with you before you pay.
We help prepare and submit your visa application, but the decision to approve or reject a visa is made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee visa approval, and our service fee covers the preparation and submission work regardless of the outcome.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full or as otherwise agreed with your consultant. See our Payment Method page for accepted payment options.
